Operations Manager/Partner

Our client is acquiring multiple territories for one of the largest, most prestigious and well recognized global QSR franchise systems. We seek an accomplished, hands-on multi-faceted operations professional who has mastered the art of multi-unit management to spearhead this exciting project.
  • You will be responsible for all hiring and training of store managers and staff, etc. Drive-thru operations expertise, as well as site selection/construction experience desirable. Candidate’s whose background includes working for a beverage driven concept (i.e., Dunkin Donuts, McDonald’s, Starbucks, etc.) are of particular interest to our client. Initial store development will be in the Santa Barbara County area of California. Local/commutable candidates highly preferred. Relocation within California for exceptional candidates may be considered.

Director of Training

Exciting, well established business service company seeks dynamic, accomplished Director of Training to spearhead company’s accelerated growth program.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and implement training curriculum for initial training and oversee all aspects of the training program.
  • Create all necessary training manuals and workbooks for classroom and on-site training.
  • Work with the management team to provide subject matter experts for training classes and modules.
  • Serve as the primary facilitator for the training program.
  • Develop webinars, workshops and materials for on-going training.
  • Work with the team to develop appropriate training content and workshops for the annual conference.
  • Conduct comprehensive annual and on-going review of all training programs and materials to ensure quality and consistency of training.
  • Ability to hire, motivate and supervise training managers as the need arises.
  • Must have experience coaching small business owners and/or start-up franchisees on how to create a successful business (i.e., business strategy coaching or practice management coaching).
