Our Story
Franchise recruiting and placement has been a part of Doug Kushell’s life his whole life. His father founded the industry and also created the iconic names ZEEs and ZORs, that are still widely used today.
After growing up going to IFA conferences with his father and uncle, it was no surprise when, in 1984, Doug founded Franchise Search to follow in his family’s footsteps – and the rest is history – a very successful history rooted in unparalleled knowledge, expertise, and wisdom. We work exclusively within the franchise industry placing top talent in some of the most critical roles, including, President, CEO, COO, Sales, Operations, Training, Marketing & Advertising, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Construction, and International Development. Our database of talent is beyond compare, as is our level of client service. Most recruiters have a “just in time” mentality. Their client has an immediate need and the recruiter fills it.
